The technicians are friendly and courteous. They provide a thorough explanation of the HVAC system and keep customers informed. They fix issues like low Freon and have the parts on their truck. They offer a fair price and are honest, never upselling unneeded equipment. The work is comprehensive and professional. Customers are extremely grateful for the quick scheduling and will use them again.
Called this morning at 8, the owner showed up before 930 to get us fixed before family arrived! No upsell, fair, quick and honest on what we needed. We even asked about if he thought it was time for a new unit, most places would have jumped on that opportunity, he said he sees no reason for a replacement to give it a few more years.

Seriously the best! This is the second house we have had to replace the AC and have had sundown home solutions do it both times. Wouldn’t go to anyone else. Couldn’t be happier with them! 🙏🏼🙌🏼
