Just had a heat exchanger replaced by Scott’s heating and air-conditioning.
This was the second service I’ve had over the years and I consider their company outstanding.
Justin was the technician and he came out late one afternoon recently, he diagnosed my problem, Ordered the part, And installed it while I was away on vacation.
Justin was also the technician that helped me out a couple of years ago when I came home from winter break in Texas . I was out of Propane unbeknownst to me.
He came out late at night, Found the problem and helped me get emergency Propane delivery..

Dillon quickly diagnosed a faulty motor start cap. A tech from a different company diagnosed a blow compressor, which I didn't believe. I now have a cool home. It's so nice to work with a competent and honest company.
The technician was very professional and polite. He checked my ac to make sure it would work efficiently for the summer. He informed me of what could be a problem in the future. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs this kind of service.
