Since purchasing our home a few years ago, we have used Scott’s a few times to take care of issues with our HVAC system. Everyone from Scott’s we have dealt with have been courteous and helpful and have always resolved our issues in a professional manner. A few weeks ago, our heater did not seem to be working correctly. Scott’s determined 2 of the 3 elements were bad and our firebox needed to be replaced. Since it was a 14-year-old system I asked for recommendations to replace it. After reviewing their options, we decided to go with an Amana heat pump. This is the second time we've called Scott's to come and service our heating/air conditioner unit. The technician came out and trouble shot our unit and found the problem within 30 minutes. After he was finished, he talked with us and gave us some really good advice about filters and our thermostat. He was very knowledgeable and helped us to understand how we can get our unit to run more efficiently. When all was said and done, our bill was less than $140!! We highly recommend Scott's.

Scott’s and Justin rock!! Our son & DIL & friends we’re using our lake house this past weekend (at the peak of this unrelenting heat wave) when the air con stopped cooling. On a Saturday, w a packed schedule, Justin couldn’t guarantee that they would get to us before Monday. However, within a matter of a few hours he had been able to squeeze us in (thanks to another homeowner who agreed to switch w us…yes Justin actually called to get their permission!!).
