“Came to my house to replace a water line. Tracked mud all through the house and all over the steps. Shoveled mud into my rock bed in my landscaping and left it. Left inches of mud on my sidewalk and all over the steps and outdoor door mats. Mud all over my porch posts and siding. Left plastic parts and muddy gloves in the yard. Broke my ground lighting. They destroyed the whole front yard.
Called twice and emailed photos. All that has been said or done is that someone will talk to the supervisor. I understand that it is cold, but a response of some kind of communication would be nice. One star.
UPDATE: Jan 21, 2025 I tried calling again today because I still haven't heard from anyone. I spoke to Kyptin. He was very understanding, despite being home sick. He sent Chris over, who offered to pay to have my house cleaned professionally and stated that they would be over in the morning to clean up what they can, as everything is still frozen. I told him that they can just wait until afternoon when it is a little warmer and that for the time being, I am just concerned about the sidewalk into my house. (I have no way in without walking through mud and bringing it in the house.) He told me that as the weather gets better, they will come and take care of the rest of the mess, within the next month. I will continue to add stars and update through this process. 2 stars.
UPDATE: January 22, 2025 They kept to their word. The are currently cleaning up the mess in the yard and have already cleaned the mud from my sidewalk. They are working on the damage to the landscaping, as I type this. I am so thankful. Updated to 4 stars.“
