My dogs, Normandy, MoJo Bay, and Cricket are all patients at this clinic. Chesterfield Veterinary Center has been in business in Chesterfield for decades, and is highly regarded!

A very kind staff, and very knowledgeable doctors make every visit a breeze. One of our dogs in particular, MoJo Bay, is a large Mastiff mix who is very timid, but the staff at this clinic have a stellar bedside manner and handle him perfectly.

“I'd highly recommend St. Charles Animal Hospital. Everyone is helpful, kind, and extremely empathetic. Test results come back quick and they have the medications on-site that our pets need. The vets and vet techs take time to explain what's going on with your pet and have different solutions for what might suit your needs best. I never feel pressured into expensive tests and they are very professional and patient as you process the information. It's very clean and smells nice. They even have pocket doors to the exam rooms so your pet is safe from doors opening.“

“My fam has been going to FAH for decades. Always received quality animal healthcare. Our little one was seen quickly and scheduled for a procedure quickly. The cost was quite reasonable compared to other places that were weeks out on the schedule. We just got home from the procedure and so far everything is going well.
Know there is a 4% add on if you are charging the bill. If this were mentioned anywhere other than a small handwritten note, meaning if it were not a surprise at checkout, this would've been 5 stars. This can be significant when paying for a whole surgery on a credit card.
Again, this has nothing to do with quality of care which has always been top notch. I would not hesitate to tell friends to go here, but I may prepare them a little.“

“I have taken my pets to St Charles Animal Hospital since moving back home to St Charles in 1974. They have always received excellent ? care. The staff is friendly and very empathetic. You feel as if they treat your pet as an individual and not just part of a huge business. One of my little dogs had kidney failure at 14 l/2, and they helped me care for her at home with subcutaneous injections of IV fluids for three months until they were no longer effective.
