This review is long overdue. Anne was recommended to me by a friend for Neurokinetic Therapy to help me recover from a major back injury. I was in lots of pain and was recommended for surgery by military doctors and PTs. A surgeon from Wash U was ready to cut. I was concerned about the long-term effects and overall effectiveness of having back surgery. Anne took the time to teach me how my muscles work together and how some were overcompensating for others. The staff are dedicated, friendly and very experienced. Don’t be afraid to start classes. It is a fun place— great equipment and many different types of exercise techniques.
