Blues City is definitely top tier when it comes to CrossFit gyms in St Louis!! The coaches are very knowledgeable and super friendly. The programming is challenging and fun! I’m a travel nurse and everyone has been welcoming and supportive during my time here. Highly recommend as a drop in if you’re visiting or go for a full membership if you’re local!
Great gym for group classes and CrossFit in St. Louis. Intimate community and amazing coaching, along with solo options for those who desire. Just googled “CrossFit gym near me” and stumbled upon this gem!!!
I have been training with the owner, Stephen Wallace, twice a week for about ten months. The facility and equipment has been great along with his help in improving form, strength, agility, endurance, and technique. I have been astounded by the results of working with him. I really enjoy the judgment free atmosphere and welcoming member of the gym. Highly recommend.
