I have been going to tri-lakes for over 2 years. I had the same PCP my entire life and refused to switch for so long out of fear of never finding someone I would be as comfortable with. Eventually I had no choice and after several years of avoidance, I chose tri-lakes. When I tell you, being placed with Carolyn has been such a blessing, and so much more than I ever could have expected. She has been kind, patient, understanding, and dedicated to providing the best care from day 1. She never fails to have a great attitude, goes above and beyond to provide comfort and reassurance, and ALWAYS has a game plan! Most appointments we share laughter, but even those where there are tears, she's still just as present to share that moment with you. She's not just a health provider. Shes truly an angel and I couldnt be more grateful I found her! I have referred family, friends, and anyone asking for recommendations because I know they will feel just as cared for as I do!
We LOVE Zach! He is truly such a good mixture between holistic and clinical. He listens and truly cares about his patients almost more than any other physician I’ve ever met. He is more holistic in the sense that he looks at the WHOLE situation and weighs them all out. He is SO good with our 3 boys and I can tell he truly loves them. He even lets us text him if we have any questions or concerns. This office is extremely accommodating to “care” plans and doesn’t force you into anything or talk down to you if you don’t follow the typical children “plans”. They respect you as the parent. I never have a problem getting in the same day and it has totally eliminated us having to use urgent care. This office also takes Medicaid!! I love this office and so beyond thankful for Zach 🙂
Such a friendly caring staff. They really care about you and take the time to listen. Although they are always professional in their work it's also easy to feel like they are friends. We've been patients for several years and Carolyn always gives us the best recommendations, care and treatment. A big shout out to Kara, Sonja, and Joyce for taking care of everything else!
