We had to make a trip to urgent care while on vacation. I looked at the reviews and thought “could this place really be that bad? Surely not.” Well, I was wrong. Be aware that in order to be seen here, you have to have a chart created within the Mercy system. If you don’t have a chart, you’ll spend 20 minutes on the phone creating one and while that’s happening other people will be checking in ahead of you making your wait longer even though you were there first. (I’ve taken my kids to other mercy urgent cares and even when they’d never been in the Mercy system I have never had to call and create a chart for them to be seen so I’m not sure why this location...read full review
Our experience here was fantastic. We were seen quickly and everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. We felt we were treated very well and we got our daughter's ear thoroughly checked and treated. One of the best urgent care experiences we've ever had, actually. I would definitely recommend this facility.
