Total Point Urgent Care provides exceptional and thorough care. The staff, including Dr. Davis and Amelia, are fantastic, super nice, attentive, and kind. They are incredibly thorough, well educated, and validating, taking the time to listen to all concerns. The service is top notch, with staff going above and beyond to find real answers and provide the best care plan. They are professional, wonderful, and quick, offering help even when on vacation. The front staff is kind and quick. The team is absolutely great, patient, and will call to check on patients. This is by far the best urgent care experience, and the place is highly recommended for anyone needing a good care clinic.
They were very friendly and ready to help. I had to look up my insurance but having it ready is a good thing to do. My daughter needed stitches and was was well taken care of for what was needed.
We are from spfld mo and I wasn’t sure where to go for urgent care. So glad I chose total point. It was fast. The girls were so very nice (front desk and nurse w last name Goodman :) ) made things easy and quick and we were out the door ready to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Thank you
Had a visit 2/12/26 at 10am, completed paperwork and seen by 10:20am. Was diagnosed with COVID and was there an hour while being treated for this. Dr Hoffman was excellent as well as the staff. I definitely recommend this place and would go there again. Thank you Total Point Urgent Care. I was impressed!
