Our 8 yr old chihuahua has never been boarded before. She is very attached to us and not real warm to strangers. The staff knew how to deal with her personality and she warmed up. I was very pleased with their service and would definitely use them again.

I took my Maltese and Shih- Bichon here to be groomed. Gave explicit directions on how to groom. My 6 year old Maltese has never had her ears cut short until now! They were to only trim her ears. Both dogs faces were not properly groomed. Upon calling to talk to the owner was told they would return my call. Never did! $120.00 for the worse haircut they have ever had. Guess they are not even interested in making it right. Never again!

Branson Pet Resort is awesome! We visit Branson at least once or twice a year. We boarded our first dog there every time and she loved it. She has since passed, but we continue the tradition and board our current dog there whenever we are in town. She loves it too. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. You can tell they really love and care for the pets that are there. They always remember us and our furry family member whenever we come to town. Prices are reasonable and a good value. Glad we discovered this wonderful establishment years ago. 100% satisfied with their services and will continue to be a loyal customer.
