I am a 55 year old retired remodeling contractor and I've seen a lot of doctors for injuries and unusual illnesses as I was also a mold remediation specialist so I have some hypersensitivity issues and I also have Alpha gel syndrome. I've only been to this doctor twice and they learned more about me and two visits then my other doctor did in 2 years. They were all kind courteous very intelligent and very helpful and they didn't just rush me out of every visit I felt very comfortable and hopeful in every aspect I couldn't build a better team if it was my job. Samantha Freeman is an exceptional caretaker. Her warm, approachable demeanor immediately puts you at ease and creates a genuine sense of safety and comfort. I found myself being far more open and honest with her than with any other caretaker I’ve seen in the past. Her compassion and clear understanding of what I was going through as a patient made the entire experience supportive and reassuring. I highly recommend Mrs. Freeman to everyone
We had a good experience with the Branson West office. Everyone was friendly, and helpful with updating all my families information. We also absolutely loved Dr. Gondwe. My oldest is super anxious and is horrified to be in a doctor’s office. She struggled at first, but by the time we left the office she said how much she loved Dr. Gondwe and she is less nervous to go back In the future.
