Dr. Ballard and staff are a fantastic group who have been tending to the many medical needs of myself and my family the past 10 years. Very professional, great sense of humor, efficient and a joy to be with in times of need. We are very grateful to this group who continue to provide superior medical services for this community.

Great place with wonderful people you couldn't ask for anything better professional s at what they do I would not go anywhere else , why when they are in Branson West !!!! ????

The whole experience was top notch. I saved my spot on their website to be seen that day. Everyone was very kind and understanding of my pain I was experiencing.When I was taken to the exam room, I never felt like they were rushing me through. They (Donna and her team) took the time to help me with my needs.
