This gentleman had my phone open in 30 seconds. I came in with an IPhone 13 with a swollen battery afraid my phone and photos of my son being born were gone forever and this guy had me fixed up and back out the door within 5 minutes. Could tell from walking in this guy was a tech guy who knew his stuff. I will never take an electronic anywhere else as long as he is in business.
