Coach G is fantastic! She has helped my daughter have the confidence to try something she is easily discouraged about and handles emotions with support and compassion. My oldest has gotten a boost to her confidence as well and even improved her balance and coordination in just a few months!
I highly recommend Gautreaux's Martial Arts. The work they do with kids is amazing. They not only teach martial arts but they also incorporate components of character building. Additionally, they take time to work with each student to support their skills and personal growth.
These guys are great. They have a great crew. They do a great job teaching and including extra skills. The adult classes are great regardless of your experience level. I encourage you to try something new -- this is a welcoming and safe environment.
