Our experience with Chris was amazing! His attention to detail and knoweldge for real estate in incredible. He helped us walk through our home to bring attention to any changes to help get the best offer for our house. He made us feel like we were his top priorty. We will definitely us Chris again!

Chris was absolutely incredible in our move into Olathe. We were moving in from out of state and had one day to look at a fire storm of houses. We saw so many houses, had so many questions, and he answered every last one of them. We made our offer and completed negotiations while back in Ohio. Once we were under contract, he helped navigate the inspection report and those negotiations as well. He even helped arrange for some repairs before we even moved in. While we weren’t in town yet before closing, he completed our final walk through virtually with us. I truly don’t think we’d be in our house, at the price we got it for, if we’d gone with another realtor. Can’t recommend him enough!
