We had a deck replaced 8 years ago, there were some signs that it needed some attention to it, a rep came and did on the spot some small repairs, great job and didn't charge us anything. Thank you for being a great contractor, we have had other contractors with other repairs to our home and they took advantage us. You have restored some of or faith, great job !
I highly recommend Better Living Sunrooms & Awnings for any sunroom or remodeling project. We converted our screened-in room into a beautiful 4-seasons room with insulated windows, insulated floors, added lighting, and a mini-split system — and they handled everything from start to finish.
Steve is incredibly skilled and can truly fix or build anything, while Tim was responsive and easy to work with throughout the project. Brandy in the office kept everything organized and stress-free. Solomon and Jason worked so hard and were always respectful of our home.

We had wanted to cover our deck for quite some time. Tim came and gave us a very affordable competitive estimate. The installers were extremely competent and efficient. The work was done in a timely manner exactly as we discussed beforehand. We got an absolutely beautiful new screened in deck. It’s an amazing extension of living space! I’m still in awe every time I walk out there! Thanks Tim for the upgrade we could not be happier!!
