We had wanted to cover our deck for quite some time. Tim came and gave us a very affordable competitive estimate. The installers were extremely competent and efficient. The work was done in a timely manner exactly as we discussed beforehand. We got an absolutely beautiful new screened in deck. It’s an amazing extension of living space! I’m still in awe every time I walk out there! Thanks Tim for the upgrade we could not be happier!!

In the last stretch of our sunroom 4 total season usage. The crew, Steve, David,and the 2 others have been respectful, polite, hard working. I.ll update @ the project completion.The crew even accepted our dogs needs for outside time!!!. That indicates dog loving crew.

Betterliving did a great job converting our screened in porch to an all seasons room. We got 3 quotes for doing this work and Betterliving was the least expensive. Tim and Steve were great to work with however, we we did have to wait over 6 months for windows but that was not their fault. Once the windows were received the work was completed in 3 days. We are very happy with the way our new room turned out and definitely recommend this company.

AWESOME ELEVATED SCREENED ADDITION TO OUR HOME!We live in a golf community on the golf course. I had been considering replacing our elevated deck with a screened covered patio enclosure for quite a while. I could never get a commitment from prior contractors that it would be possible to build to build the gabled extension in such a way to blend with the existing roof lines. I was told it would be either impractical, or impossible by other contractors.However, Tim, with Betterliving Sunrooms, met with me, listened to my ideas, and looked at the existing structure. He verified, with me, that he could, in fact, do what I wanted - and that, with a little thinking, could work it into my fixed budget for the project. He worked with me in making alterations to the original plans without any complaints. He even made suggestions as to a layout that gave me a grilling space outside the enclosure; and he solved several other issues that I had been thinking about. His foreman, David, stayed on top of all site issue and was very nice to work with. The most surprising aspect was that Tim worked out a way to have the new roof lines match-up perfectly with the original structure. Tim even came out to install a pet door in one of the two doors that were installed. They delivered in every way possible! Exceeded my expectations! The total cost came in under budget. I highly recommend these guys!

We scheduled an appointment to have Tim come out and give us a bid for an all seasons room on June 14th, and said we should hear back in a week or so. Moving on to July 9th and still nothing. We sent an email last week to follow up, and still no response. Grateful we experienced the unresponsive nature of this company before spending any money with them.

Despite delays beyond their control, they did a wonderful job. Their willingness to honor our requests and offer good ideas was appreciated. I got 3 quotes for a sunroom, Betterliving was not the cheapest nor the highest, I liked their product the best.

Update - After commenting on a similar facebook post I was made aware of additional details that help explain their position to not service the leak - they didn't build the sunroom and the work was done for the prior owner, though it occurred while I was actively buying the house. I still feel like I my interactions have been curt with them but perhaps they were just having a bad day. I wish they had provided a better explanation when I spoke with them.They charged $85 to fix a leak that still leaks. When I called to let them know they said they "were not taking on new services". I'm floored. They obviously do not guarantee their work. I have a call into the company's owner so I hope that conversation will change my mind and I can change this review. For the time being, I cannot recommend them.

Holy smokes!!! These guys are awesome! The whole process from start to finish was a breeze! They spent 9 total days building our four season room addition, and it turned out BEAUTIFUL. Blends perfectly with the rest of our house...doesn't even look like an add on!They showed up every morning before 8am, even when it was raining! Communication was great! We wanted to add a skirting, which wasn't in our contract. Two days later, it's finished! Skirting and all! They were great about cleaning up each day/hauling off trash & debris!We had four companies give us a quote - BL was by far the cheapest!I highly recommend Betterliving! ?

Wanted to share our journey...we bought our house Feb 2020.. our back patio was not covered or screened so it was not a comfortable space to spend time visiting with my family...especially with my mother who was very sensitive to the sun. I told her that we were going to enclose the deck and have it air-conditioned so that she could come over and enjoy the space....unfortunately my mother passed away before we could start our home improvement project. We met with Better Living...we met with Tim. We told him our story, he was awesome from the start. Kind, friendly, and willing to give us the best sunroom his company could create for us. Our project started in September 2020 and was complete some time around Thanksgiving...weather was an issue and delayed work sometimes...no fault of anyone. Tim himself came out and started to demolish the wooden deck that was being replaced on that first day...and soon after a team of 4 or 5 men were working on the sunroom. All polite, friendly, and hardworking. Answering all my questions every step of the way. Very professional. At the end of the project, I was brought to tears to see that my husband and I have the sunroom of our dreams...its for sure the whole families most favorite room in our house. We appreciate the work they did...we love our room...we would highly recommend this company to everyone and anyone that is considering replacing a deck or building a sunroom. My wife and I gladly give “four-thumbs-up” and five stars to ADDCO’s Better Living Sunrooms and Awning for our beautiful new sunroom they recently completed. From start to finish it has been an enjoyable and stress-free project for us. Tim and his team saw our vision and made it a reality. Actually, we think it came out better than we imagined. Everyone who worked on the room was professional and courteous. We had a long and painful experience with another contractor for a bathroom remodel. This project renewed our faith in getting a great result and value for our money. It’s been said in advertisements before, but it truly is “our favorite room in the house!” Better Living gets our highest recommendation!
