Thomas was great. Used them many times. always top notch. didnt need to replace a gasket,which I though was the problem. could have just done it and charged me, but was honest and said you dont need that. I highly recommend The Appliance Care Company for all my appliance needs. I was having problems with my built in refrigerator and dishwasher. Tom was so knowledgeable, polite, and he knew just what to do. This is my second time using them and won't be my last. The previous company I used said my built in refrigerator needed to be replaced. Thanks to this company, she is still GOING and I am THRILLED!
