“We cancelled over phone in December. Charged in January. In January we cancelled over email and asked why we were charged again and they said it was due to the timing and the wording on the contract. Charged again several times. Ultimately called and spoke with the owner and was able to get the mistaken charges refunded. Stand up guy, dug into the reason why the payment cancellations failed to take hold and changed the process so nobody else would be affected“
