Just want to give a shout out to Joe and his wife for taking so much pride in what they do. Our AC went out last weekend, thank goodness Joe took the time out of his day to come check it out. He prides himself on trying to fix the unit but unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed. He was able to come the next day (a Sunday) with a new unit! It was 90 degrees outside, him and his wife worked their butts off to get us AC by the end of the day. Highly recommend! Thank u again!!
These guys has absolutely amazing. My hot water tank broke and the owner. Haris was here the very next day and installed my new water heater.. What amazing company I would totally recommend them to any of my friends and family
These guys are great! Installed an A/C unit last July. Installation was great but a part failed when I went to turn it on for the first time this season. Matt returned my call right away and got someone over a few hours later. The service tech Omer showed up on time and was very friendly. He was able to get it done the same day fortunately. These guys stand behind their work and take care of their customers. Great communication, pricing and warranties. I will be using these guys for everything HVAC related and recommending them to anybody who needs their services. Thanks again Off The Hook!!!
