My system, not installed by them, would not turn on. Being that I had only purchased the house a year and a half ago and I have a strong mechanical background but little experience with geothermal systems, they took me through some troubleshooting steps that evening to try and correct it but was not able to pinpoint the issue. They were out the following morning. Fixed some errors from the original installer and answered all of the questions I had on the system. Very prompt and professional service. Very thorough with repairs.
