Polar Plumbing Co. provides quality work at very fair pricing. Lance is responsive, trustworthy, and keeps customers informed from start to finish. He is on time and delivers as promised. Services include replacing outdoor faucets, installing new water heaters quickly, and replacing outside water valves and valves before and after the water meter. Lance gives a quote upfront and squeezes customers in when needed. Customers have used Polar Plumbing for many years and highly recommend him for his wonderful job.
I met Lance years ago because my trusted tile guy wanted to use him for our project and I have used Polar Plumbing ever since. Yesterday he installed a new water heater quickly and at a fair price. Responsive trustworthy and good work. Recommend!

Detail: This review is long overdue! In the fall of 2023, we finally decided to replace a 25+ year old atmospheric vent water heater in our 1958 home in Bloomington. We are planning some basement renovations, and in order to accommodate what we wanted to do we needed to move the water heater about 6’ on a diagonal from its then-current location.
