I lost my Mom suddenly this past November and had to take on the planning for her without any instructions left by her. Doug at Fawcett-Junker was so amazing. From the first phone call I felt like he really cared about my family. He understood the limitations we were look at financially and never tried to pressure any “up sales”. Doug went above and beyond to help secure my Mom’s plot at the cemetery when we were initially told it would not work. I could not recommend Fawcett more. It has been 12 years since my Dad, Marvin Fenske, has passed. And I didn't realize that John had a website to rate how professional and caring my Dad's service was handled. They were so helpful through the entire process from making the arrangements to the CD with the photos that played with our songs we had picked out. They were so kind and caring through everything. I highly recommend John and Fawcett-Junker Funeral Home to anyone who is unsure where to turn. I was very happy with our choice of picking them to take care of my father at such an emotional time.
The sudden loss of our mom was a complete shock to my family. The care and attention to detail for the services and burial by the entire staff at Fawcett-Junker but especially Doug will always be remembered.
