“I lost my Mom suddenly this past November and had to take on the planning for her without any instructions left by her. Doug at Fawcett-Junker was so amazing. From the first phone call I felt like he really cared about my family. He understood the limitations we were look at financially and never tried to pressure any “up sales”. Doug went above and beyond to help secure my Mom’s plot at the cemetery when we were initially told it would not work. I could not recommend Fawcett more. Anytime I had a question it was answered with compassion and care. Doug even gave me advice which helped me deal with her insurance company when we ran into issues with them months after her burial.
