When my father passed away, the moment I reached out to Shawn he went above and beyond to make an incredibly difficult time easier by offering so much support. Both Shawn and Heather guided me step by step with all the planning and fine details, focusing on what and how they could best support me through this hard time. They were always available and never made me feel rushed. They explained everything very well - They were so kind and patient, they listened to what mattered the most and made sure every detail was perfect- Heather told me when making the folders that she would change them 100 times until we got it “perfect” - I'm glad we didn't actually need to change them 100 times, but she did change them a few times until they were exactly what I wanted. :) She did amazing work with these and the video, making sure they reflected my dad perfectly. Everything turned out better than I expected. I am so grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and genuine care they showed my family. I would most definitely 100x over again recommend them to anyone looking for a place that truly supports you from start to finish. They were seriously the BEST!
