They explained everything very well - They were so kind and patient, they listened to what mattered the most and made sure every detail was perfect- Heather told me when making the folders that she would change them 100 times until we got it “perfect” - I'm glad we didn't actually need to change them 100 times, but she did change them a few times until they were exactly what I wanted. :) She did amazing work with these and the video, making sure they reflected my dad perfectly. Everything turned out better than I expected. I am so grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and genuine care they showed my family.
