There's plenty of weights and machines, so very little waiting while doing a workout. I also really appreciate the hydrobed massagers, and extras. The price is great for what I'm looking for in a gym compared to other gyms.
What’s up with the treadmills? I always have to try a few before getting on one, because the walking belts aren’t flat. It’s been that way for almost 6 months. I can’t believe they would allow a safety hazard/liability to go on for that long.
Great place to work out. Very affordable always very clean. As I travel the country and go to planet fitness as a regular, I find that planet fitness has zero customer service training. Generally, the staff looks bored, uninterested. There are very few exceptions. But I am grateful for how convenient it is to find a Planet Fitness around the country.
