Just got a workout in with Element for the first time. Weights, pool, boxing, sauna everything you could want in a gym, so I thought I would come check it out because I heard great things. Michael took me through a boxing lesson, and I couldn’t have signed up quicker. Great gym, great environment, looking forward to spending the summer at Element!

Best boxing gym in town if you want to learn great fundamental skills. Beginners through elite competitors will find what they need here. Their competitive team is growing strong under great coaching and leadership.
