Customer since 2021. I appreciate that they have at least one consistent team member for my cleanings so there is someone familiar who comes almost every time. While I haven't had any reason to call in for a couple years now that we are in sync, when I first started using the service and we were learning each other's ways and preferences, they were very responsive and even sent someone back to detail the things I felt had been missed. They've been very good with my pets and always considerate when I'm working from home about getting my office ready to go so I don't lose time. I called a number of cleaning services to help me get my house ready for showings (to sell). Only Maid Brigade answered the phone and sent a great crew of 3 last minute to help me get my house cleaned. I had a lot of contractors in and out the last 2 1/2 weeks, it really needed cleaning. They did a great job. THANK YOU MAID BRIGADE!

Overall, I really liked the service. I was in a bit of a pinch regarding the timing of cleaning (needed it to be done quickly), and they were able to fit me in. The cleaning went well and it was as advertised. Thank you!Oh, and Kaisa is amazing. She is the manager there. Oh I mean everyone is amazing actually, but too many names to name.Services: Cleaning
