Our son has complex medical needs, and PHS has provided everything he’s needed — ventilator support, feeding supplies, and all the pediatric-specific items that most other providers don’t even stock. Their team understands medically fragile kids in a way that’s unmatched.

Unfortunately, our new insurance plan recently put them out of network, and we’re struggling to find any alternative provider that carries pediatric-grade supplies like PHS does. It’s heartbreaking because their service has been a lifeline for our family.

“WE needed interim care for a relative post hospital stay, so we began with an initial assessment with Synergy. Our goal was interim care until placement in an ALF. Our needs went from 3-4 days/week to 24/7 and then back to4-5 days/week. Synergy was excellent in providing scheduling to meet our needs. Health care workers were caring, compassionate, and competent. Our relative was sad to leave them behind as he moved on to Assisted Living Facility. Thank you Synergy!!!“

“My Mom loves her caregiver named Lyn. My Mom (military retiree) has been paying out of pocket for services rendered as Tricare for Life doesn't pay for this type of care for about one year and half. Lyn has been great as it takes pressure off me, son of Mom, as I am 100% disabled veteran with many medical issues hence is getting harder to help my Mom. I thank the good Lord for this company existence, and Lyn for making me and my life stress free post service.“

“Love living in there community. Not experienced or knowledgeable of their other buildings but mine is small. We all know each other and it's kept up very well. Snow removal on the sidewalks has gotten considerably better and it's relatively quiet.“

“My brother has been a resident at one of their Apple Valley homes for the last month and a half. We had to quickly find another home for him due to legal issues with his former home. This company is outstanding.....they have provided more care and options in the last 50 days than he received in the prior year and a half. His care provider in the home (Mohammed) has gotten to know him and his quirks, and is already making progress. I can't say enough about this company....we didn't know how bad we had it until my brother moved here and experienced this new care. The owner (who I've never met) seems to not simply meet basic needs but tries to help residents thrive.“
