Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, to Mom’s primary care nurse, Sophie, social worker, Leslie, and every on-call nurse, and administrative staff member. As a retired nurse, I was able to care for my Mom, in her home, as per her wishes, until her death. I will forever be grateful to Fairview Hospice for the support that my Mother and I received.

My dad was in hospice with Fairview while at Aurora on France. They are simply amazing, and such a comforting, empathetic team of people. We absolutely loved Andrea and the rest of the team - they gave my dad the highest quality of care and were a crucial source of support for us during his last few weeks.
