Dr. Schmitt works with an incredible team. Patients describe him as a great doctor who is fast, not rushed, and pleasant to talk to. His examination is very thorough and he predicted healing. Operations such as double eyebrow lifts and double eye lid lifts are excellent, with wonderful healing and no scaring. All questions are answered in an unhurried fashion from check in through consultation. Many patients are happy and impressed with results, calling him the best. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and personable, giving thorough explanations about conditions and how surgery can improve peripheral vision.
Dr. Schmitt and his medical team were and are so patient with me. Dr. Schmitt originally met with me and my wife to discuss surgery for eye lid maintenance and he was very understanding and informative to the both of us. Dr. Schmitt is super nice and is gentle with the procedure that he did. Removed 2 chalazion in office. Walked thru it with me then as he did each step, he told me what he was doing. Explained after care as well. The only thing that bothered me was that after the procedure, the 2 assistants with him didn’t give me more gauze. They just said I can leave so I just walked out with bloody gauzes and had to use clean tissue when I got to the car.
Dr. Schmitt is really good, plenty fast without seeming rushed, and pleasant to talk to. His examination was very thorough, and everything he predicted about the healing has come true. Perfect!
