Very accurate estimate. Technicians completely understand a more complex heating set up that I have. I wanted to be proactive and replace an aged unit before it was a problem. Fast service, not pushy and explained how my systems work! Very honest, friendly and skilled people at this company!!! Highly recommended!! First time using this company and will call them again when needed!

We called Waconia Comfort on a Thursday afternoon after finding our water heater with a leak. We called multiple contractors to compare pricing and found Waconia Comfort was competitive. They were quick to call us back and offered installation the very next day which is ultimately why we decided to go with them. They answered all of our questions and were professional. Installation was quick, Mark the installer was friendly, and we haven't had any issues since. If we had a similar issue, we would be happy to work with Waconia Comfort again.
