Everybody at HealthPartners treat you with dignity and respect and they make you feel welcome. The front desk people were definitely amazing and I apologize for being a few minutes late and they told me no worries the lab is very flexible. That got rid of my anxiety. I really appreciate nice and friendly staff.

I've been impressed with this facility/health system compared to the others in this state and out of state. It's a very intuitive system and systems actually talk to each other...and logging into their systems is great with great notes from your doctors. I'd say for the majority of my appointments they are always running on time too.

I called in today to inquire about Covid-19 testing and I was greeted very welcomingly on the phone. I asked the representative if they did Covid-19 testing and they explained that they do but it was not a walk-in kinda thing and I would need to book an appointment. I told them that was fine and I would like to book one. They went over all necessary information with me and explained what time we would need to do the appointment because of the CDC recommendation on exposure Covid-19 testing. I am very glad that this clinic has really helpful representative(s) that give out accurate information and helpful advice.
