Well I don't really know what to say, because they left me speechless. I contacted them asking about the Japanese Hair Straightening and they where nice and answered the few questions I had, we scheduled my appointment, they took my deposit over the phone, and a day before my appointment I received a reminder text. I live 2 hours away and was running a few minutes late I texted to let them know and they responded with a super caring text saying it's okay & to drive safe. So happy with my second perm from Miss Michelle Wu at Jessica Hair Studio! Since you have to wait a couple of days before washing your hair after getting a perm you have to wait to see how it will turn out. This is THE best perm I have ever had! I've permed my hair at least once a year for 10 years now so that's saying a lot. If you are looking for a person to perm your hair in Houston- Jessica Hair Studio is the best place to go. I've had perms elsewhere and they turned out awful and left me with chemical burns on my scalp, ears and neck. Miss Michelle took her time and really did an amazing job. I couldn't be more pleased with how my hair looks

After doing some research on Reddit and elsewhere, this place was one of the most recommended, and they rose to that fame! I asked for Frank by name as recommended, and I suggest anyone in a similar position do the same! I went in for my first perm and he was really great at accommodating me and talking through the different options. Take as much time as you need to really discuss details like what styles work with your face, which products are best, techniques to replicate the styles at home, etc. He even offerred to do an adjustment after my initial haircut once I realized I wanted another style and wanted a little more taken off, for free!
