“Well I don't really know what to say, because they left me speechless. I contacted them asking about the Japanese Hair Straightening and they where nice and answered the few questions I had, we scheduled my appointment, they took my deposit over the phone, and a day before my appointment I received a reminder text. I live 2 hours away and was running a few minutes late I texted to let them know and they responded with a super caring text saying it's okay & to drive safe. When I finally arrived I was greeted with sweet and inviting customer service. From the time I booked the appointment to the time I was done and leaving my appointment I was treated with kindness and respect and never once felt uncomfortable. I forgot the man's name who did my hair but he was an absolute sweetheart and Because the process was about 5 hours long he was very attentive to my every need, constantly asking if I needed anything to drink, if I needed to go to the bathroom, & even if I was hungry. He was very thorough and did an amazing job on my hair. I was impressed. I will be going back and I 100% recommend.“
