I don’t see many recent reviews. We had David clean some carpet in our house and it looks like new. I definitely recommend.

This is not the same company i used 2 yrs ago. Chemical smell is terrible while being cleaned and carpet still not fully clean. Carpet feels like there is quite of bit of residue in it. Rather stiff. Would not recommend and certainly wont be using them again.Service: General carpet cleaning

I had Professional Carpet and Upholstery clean my carpet and sectional sofa this spring. Immediately afterward, I was disappointed with the results. The spots that I was most hoping would look visibly cleaner pretty much looked the same as before. Now it is about four months later and the dirty appearance of the sofa is starting to really bother me. This is a micro-fiber sofa that is about 7 years old. I had a reasonable expectation that if I had this piece of furniture cleaned, it would look cleaner afterward.I reached out to the company through their website to express my disappointment and received no response. I followed up a few weeks later and still have heard nothing.I would be cautious in hiring this company. I would not hire them again.Services: Carpet cleaning

I am so pleased with the carpet and rug cleaning we got done today. From the time Troy took my call until the time the cleaners left I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. I was late getting to my house snd they made arrangements to come back that same morning. Martin and his team member were efficient and got done quickly and the carpet and rugs look awesome! Did a great job on cleaning our carpets. Reasonable price and highly professional. Charge per square foot and using the floor plan of our place was able to get a very accurate estimate before hand. Everything needed was included in the price so no surprises when the work was done.

Liked that they were on time and came in under quote. The two guys forgot one bedroom (which was in between two others). Instructions were to do all carpeted floors in house minus stairs. Carpets were very wet (like sopping wet) and took almost 2 days to dry with fans running. Carpets look clean though...

Communication at beginning was good. They got back promptly to set up an appointment. They texted me to remind the day of the service. Unfortunately after the short visit ( which I was not present), I was told by a family member that when they came they didn’t make an attempt to clean the carpet. They just look at it and left. I have call but no one answered the phone. No one got back to me yet. From a call earlier before the visit, it seem that they were running behind schedule. So I don’t know if they just didn’t want to clean it because of the schedule running behind or was it because there was no solution to cleaning the mess on my carpet. If it was something that will take longer to clean, at least they could of told me and reschedule it for another day. I will have no problem with it but I’m upset over the fact that nothing was done or no updates on it.

I had a cleaning emergency and not only were they able to come out the same day they were able to clean my couch back to a way I did not expect it to ever be again. Would definitely hire.

I will definitely recommend professional carpet cleaning. The technicians are wonderful my carpet looks brand new.
