I love Pediatric Services, except for her office manager. She is rude and disrespectful. She doesn’t let you talk and I had to hang up on her last time. I don’t know in the first place why I was transferred to her in the first place. After having wonderful experience with Pediatric Services for over 9 years, I am bummed to realize that such people working there.

I would recommend this place 100%! Esp Dr. Kelly Ishizuka and Kirsten Morse. They are responsive, patient, never rush me, always listen to all my concerns and come up with the right treatments for my child. Everyone we have encountered also has been super friendly and helpful!

We have gotten top-quality care here for our kids for years now, and it is so kind and compassionate. All the doctors and nurses go above and beyond to make the kids as happy and comfortable as possible, and educate their families in a respectful and positive way. I feel empowered to make better choices for my kids’ health thanks to the amazing team here explaining things at visits over the years. Phones and patient portal have been glitchy at times, but those are just minor issues for us.
