About Park Nicollet Travel Clinic St. Louis Park

Park Nicollet Travel Clinic in St. Louis Park offers specialized travel medicine services to help individuals stay healthy during their trips abroad. The clinic's staff are knowledgeable and trained to recommend appropriate precautions and immunizations based on each traveler's itinerary and health history. One patient had a positive experience with Arianna, who was described as friendly, patient, and helpful in rescheduling an appointment. However, another patient noted issues with the phone staff, who were perceived as rude and unhelpful. This patient suggested that the clinic improve its phone support by providing better training or hiring more competent staff. The clinic's urgent care services also received positive feedback from a family with young children. They appreciated the professionalism and efficiency of the front desk staff, as well as the clear communication about wait times. The doctors and nurses were described as kind and attentive towards the injured children and worried parents. Additionally, the convenient location of the urgent care, right off the parking garage entrance, was noted as a significant advantage. Overall, Park Nicollet Travel Clinic in St. Louis Park provides specialized travel medicine services and efficient urgent care services, but could benefit from improving its phone support.

Nursing staff knowledgeable. Frontline workers who check you in are great. Dre is amazing. Insurance is billed if you have it, 40 min appt per person. Get your vaccines and meds for going out of the US. No walk in appts though. Can be a little spendy if you are paying out of pocket. $153 for consult and of course, vaccines are extra. Check out the cdc website to see what you need prior to traveling and check the cost before you go so there are no huge surprises.

My spouse had a couple of physical therapy appointments at the Burnsville facility last month. She was charged a $50 copay for each visit. When I got the EOB from my insurance I saw that the copay should only have been $40. She was therefore overcharged by $20 ($10/ visit). I called the financial department and was told they would refund the overpayment. Checked my credit card account a couple days later and they had only refunded $10. Had to again call (and sit on hold) to ask where the other $10 was. She immediately said she saw that amount on the books and would refund it. Is this some kind of financial strategy? I realize we're talking small potatoes here but I question how many other people are being overcharged that don't catch it.
