About Park Nicollet Clinic and Specialty Center St. Louis Park 3850 Building

The Park Nicollet Clinic and Specialty Center St. Louis Park 3850 Building offers a wide range of medical services, from family medicine and urgent care to dermatology and orthopedics. The staff is generally described as friendly and helpful, though some patients have reported issues with the phone staff being unhelpful or rude at times. The clinic's layout and parking setup have also received some criticism. However, the clinic provides a comprehensive range of medical services, with a mix of positive and negative feedback from patients. Many patients appreciate the great staff and their doctors, such as Dr. Ngo, who provide responsive and kind care. The clinic is a great place for diabetic needs, though the process of calling or leaving messages for the doctor or nurses could be improved. Despite the long hold times experienced by some patients, the clinic is still a reliable choice for medical care. The urgent care and emergency services at the Methodist Hospital have been praised for their efficiency and professional care, with patients reporting quick service and thorough diagnoses.

The staff is very professional, and the care seems excellent. However, the campus is very large, and the parking ramp is in need of some repair. Overall I think it's a very good care facility.

Nothing on that process is required or really needs more than someone doing a quick glance that the paperwork/time/date are filled in. Making people check in wastes 10-15 minutes of everyone's time for the exception case of the instructions being followed.
