Appointment navigation comes up short on arriving at the correct location, eg on the third floor of dept spanmimg 2 or more floors, or sparse indoor location signage, or other navigation aids. Inevitably, you have to feel lost and hope whomever you ask might know. Specific added notation could have been added in the sparse location details.

I recently started going here due to my recent move/change of health insurance and I have had a great experience thus far. The staff is friendly and mindful of your time. I have been seen on-time and greeted with a smile every time!

Good doctors. Trust them with my life. But how is it even remotely acceptable that you cannot schedule an appointment with your specialist for 6 months. How is this acceptable? Medications are typically on daily or weekly schedules, tests are done far more often than 6 months. How they find this to be an acceptable operation is beyond me. Especially to not have a fill-in procedure, for cancelled appointments. Absolutely wild to me.
