I accompanied my mom for her appointment here and while I was in the waiting room, at least three different people stopped to ask if they were in the correct department ( they were not). It slowed the check in process significantly and the poor nurse at the front desk did her best to move everyone through quickly, but having to pause to explain the proper directions really slowed her down. It seemed like a super common occurrence and could easily be solved by better signage.
