Not great! She only used her elbow the entire time. Never focused on smaller muscles, honestly I was okay with zero oil and covering my entire body with the sheets, but no real effort! No arms, no neck, no legs, no feet and no hands. Just elbow in my back and butt for 1 hour. I could see she was tired, and didn’t want to be there.
