“Matthew arrived timely to our home. He asked if we would like an explanation of the process. That was a yes. Matthew gave a detailed and clear explanation of the process. I took him through our house showing the vents and duct work. He counted these to use to determine the cost. He asked some questions and then got to work. At all times he was respectful and very careful of our home. Matthew took pictures as he went along in the cleaning process so we knew what was in those vents/ductwork. We are very pleased with the work done and will use Kura Home again and will ask for Matthew if possible.“
