I have been going to this dental clinic for many years and have always been satisfied. Today while on my way in to the appointment I made over six months ago, I got a call saying my appointment had to be changed to a “cleaning only” because they didn’t have a dentist to do an exam. Not a big deal but you would think a dental office this large would have a contingency plan for a dentist, not showing up or calling in sick. Wonderful Job Ladies! I can’t say enough about about the hard work from Dr Agnes Hill and her staff. She was very open to my suggestions and masterful work was the outcome! Lisa was the receptionist was the Glue, she went out her way to fix something that was not even In her department and made sure that we got through all hurdles. She’s the Best!

It was hard to find at first, so leave early especially your first visit. Seems clean enough, some staff were friendlier than others;like most places. I didn't feel like my cleaning was done very thoroughly though. She also was not as gentle as some I've had in the past. The actual dentist was very nice and felt comfortable and confident that she had done a good job. This has multiple offices in the building so, again leave yourself enough time in order to park, go in, up the stairs, then back down to the end of the hall in order to get to the Dental Department.
