“Overall, working with Flooring Expo was phenomenal. We worked with Mitchell and he was awesome to work with from day one. He was knowledgeable, answered all our questions, wanted to make sure we were getting what we wanted in flooring. He was great. We had the flooring installed on September 3-4 this year. The detail that Guillano and his team spent on the install were great. Amazing attention to detail was awesome. The reason I gave 4 stars was the fact that they came up short with the flooring and it ended up having to be ordered and it was on back order. The communication could be a little more better. Was frustrating at times because I was not getting answers as to when it would be done. Well, today 10/3 it did get done and once again the installer who came out was awesome. Got it done in less than an hour and even fixed a little issue he noticed. Would I work with Flooring Expo again. Absolutely. Maybe some better communication, but everything else made up for it. So, Thank You to everyone. The flooring in the house is so beautiful now, and just in time for the holidays.“

Greg and his team not only had the floors recreated but worked flexibly through the mold problem, the asbestos glued to the floor problem, the not all the tiles got delivered problem and the everyone is here today and doors have to be hung before 8 am problem. Always responsive, always working the problems, always pleasant. The custom work in a difficult space is stellar and the team fantastic.“

“Tony was a true professional. He was easy to get ahold of and negotiate with. My hardwood floors were in really rough shape, and he took the time to make them pristine again. He even did a demo of some fake hardwood, which he included with the original estimate, that had been on top of the original hardwood. He also added some new boards where there had been tile, and the result was seamless. I've attached before and after pictures so you can see all the work he had to do.
