Joshua of the Knollwood in St. Louis Park, MN location exceeded my expectations. There were some specific frames I wanted that I already had a pair from a few years ago and I wanted a second pair. The frames had been discontinued but Joshua looked online and made a call to Los Angeles, California and they had one in the back room. He had them ship it to MN and gave me a call to see if they were the exact ones I was looking for. They were and I was so elated! What incredible customer service and I want to make sure he gets recognition for a job extremely well done! Above and beyond!

I have been a customer with American Best for years. This location is THE BEST one yet!!! Ihad the pleasure of meeting the GM Sherrell I was honestly surprised she wasn't in back somewhere. She gave me INCREDIBLE service. She explained things to me with patience and integrity. She even told me to enjoy my summer!!. I watched her and her staff follow her lead in giving great customer service!! with dignity.I am HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDING this location to everyone I know. This location should be a training location for all your stores..
