Really enjoyed working with Michael, he is very knowledgeable and his routines and advice was very specific to runners. I’ve done PT at some of the other big name places and Michael was significantly better. Highly recommended.
Mike is awesome! He is easy to talk to, thorough, and great at articulating what’s causing the injury and how the exercises he’s prescribing will address it. The gym Mike operates out of is very nice, and he will guide you through how to do each exercise and discuss alternative ways of doing them if you don’t have the necessary equipment. He’ll also email you post-session summaries so you don’t need to take notes or worry about remembering all the details.
I appreciate that Mike is also focused on prevention. He’ll let you know which exercises are good to cycle in after the injury has healed, and how often you should do them.

I had a fantastic experience being Michael's patient! He is a very skilled DPT and a pleasure to work with. Less than two weeks prior to the Boston Marathon, I started experiencing pain while running. I had never been a patient of Michael's before, but he worked to fit me in for 2 separate appointments in the short 2 weeks before the race.
