Very friendly and helpful. I had something happen to my glasses where one of the bows got broken due to me falling asleep with them. I did not want to get new glasses since I have an appointment with my eye doctor later on this month. They went above and beyond to temporarily fix the glasses to get by until I can go in with a new prescription after my eye check up. Highly recommended.
