I couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable experience from an optometrist! Dr. April gave me smart advice on my contact lenses issue, and her co-worker Amber was able to troubleshot my glasses. Don’t hesitate to chose this Shopko Optical location!

Had my annual checkup and it was one of the few Dr appointments in my life that was actually fun! Great entire Crew with Amanda, April and (I think Sharan and Amber, but I'm poor with Name recall, sorry) When I was there a Gentlemen had come in and wasn't on there schedule, but despite being busy they worked him in so he wouldn't have to make another trip, Very refreshing to see people enjoy their craft and work practically to care for people vs the formality of processes that many business operate under. Thanks All, and we'll see ya in a year : )

***Amended review*** I did return to this location and they were very helpful. They even irdered a whole new set of frames and lenses. They took the time to adjust them properly and apologized several times for the previous problems that occurred. I would've given 5 Stars this time but since there were prior issues I went with 4 stars. I will recommend them to friends and family and I will be a returning satisfied customer.I should have known based off my 1st impressions. 1 know it all that puts on a show but doesn't know much. Order my lenses and frames picked th up the employee handed them to me she says looks good. I said no they need adjustments. She grabbed the frames...read full review
